This is my go to smoothie to rejuvenate, energize and recover. Sea Moss, Ginger, and Pineapple Smoothie.
Give this a try this Smoothie Sunday.
Take 1/2 cup each of frozen pineapple and mango. A piece of fresh ginger.
Squeeze 1 fresh lime , add 1 tablespoon of Sea Moss Gel, 8 oz of Coconut Water, 1 tsp honey, blend well. Enjoy daily!
